- In the event of a company error, we will refund you the full amount of the order and shipping costs.
- In the event that no mistake is made on our part of our company, there is no refund amount corresponding to the value of the products, but the product is changed with another. The shipping costs are exclusively charged to the customer.
- In the event that the products you have received have exceeded your due date, you are refunding the full amount of the order and the shipping costs
- In the event that the product has a defect and is covered by a warranty it is replaced in consultation with the product company.
- Refunds are accepted only upon consultation and only if the products have not been opened and are in their original condition.
- If the product is used or the original packaging is tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
Rebates require proof of retail. In the case of an invoice, the return must be made by means of a dispatch note
- In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt or if any of the return conditions are not met, upharm.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.
- Before returning the product you must contact the upharm.gr service department.
- If you wish to change your product with another, the shipping charge is € 3.50
- Baby food products are not refunded.

Product Return Procedure
In our natural store:
- You bring the product to our store (along with proof of purchase) and after checking to see that the conditions for return are in place, replace the product with the same or another product of your choice.
Once you have contacted the upharm.gr service department, you are packing and shipping the product package with our pharmacy courier company if it is our fault or by any means of shipment if the shipment is at your own wishes.
If the package arrives and proves that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained above. It will be returned to the customer and the transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
